There are numerous ways to rehab and strengthen a quad tear. Strengthen your quad buy doing weighted squats keeping perfect form. Stagnation breeds all sorts of illness and further injury so keep moving! But remember if it hurts, don't do it.  Squats can be performed in many ways but remember not to bend your knees past 90 degrees and ensure your knees do not move past your toes. Rehabilitate goals are to initiate active quadriceps contractions in weight bearing.

Keep your metabolism pumping by incorporating cardio into your daily workouts. Instead of indulging during your lunch break, get in a quick jog and treat yourself to a nice healthy clean lunch such as fish, kale, organic nuts, and good ole h20!

Targeting your glutes, quads, and hamstrings, reverse lunges are a great way to develop your lower extremities. Aim to do 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps per leg with 45 second break in between each set.

Jump Rope is a fantastic cardiovascular exercise to increase your overall endurance, tone your calves, arms, and work your gluten and quads.  Weighted squats are also a nice addition to any workout to tone your legs and gluten, and strengthen knees.  Aim to jump 500 jumps a day minimum. 

Plagued by poor posture? Let kinesiology taping ease your pain.  This long time patient has been suffering from pain in his upper/lower traps due to poor biomechanics and cervical stenosis. Taping can relieve pressure by proprioception.
